Grooming is the total effort of making the most of your appearance from head to toe. It is caring about the way you look.
Hair if the great confidence giver. It is the crowning glory. However, the health of your hair goes up and down with you general health, and as such the food you eat has everything to do with the well-being of your hair and scalp. These are often the first parts of you that show signs of strain when you have been ill or are dieting. Hair also behaves differently accordingly to climate and age.
